Sessions of the court changed to the fourth Tuesday of February, May, August and November.
Process, &c. &c. returnable, &c. &c. accordingly.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the district court within and for the district of Connecticut, shall hereafter be holden on the fourth Tuesdays of February, May, August and November, in each year, any law to the contrary notwithstanding. And that all actions, suits, writs, process, pleadings or other proceedings, commenced or to be commenced, or which are now pending in the district court in said district, may be returned to, and shall be continued to the district court, to be holden on the fourth Tuesday of February, one thousand eight hundred and twelve, as is herein provided.
