Vol. i. 639.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the port of Biddeford and Pepperrelborough, and the port of New Bedford, in the commonwealth of Massachusetts, be, and they are hereby made, ports of entry for ships or vessels arriving from the Cape of Good Hope, and from places beyond the same.
