Chap. V.—An Act to repeal the act, intituled “An act to allow a drawback of duties on goods exported to New Orleans, and therein to amend the act intituled An act to regulate the collection of duties on imports and tonnage.”

Drawback on goods shipped to New Orleans abolished.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the act passed on the fifth day of April, one thousand eight hundred, intituled “An act to allow a drawback of duties on goods exported to New Orleans, and therein to amend the act, intituled An act to regulate the collection of duties on imports and tonnage,” be, and the same hereby is repealed.
