Chap. CXXVI.An Act to enable the President to hold treaties with certain Indian tribes.

Appropriation to defray the expenses of holding treaties with the Miami and Potawatomi Indians, &c.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the sum of fifteen thousand dollars, to be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, shall be, and the same hereby is, appropriated, to defray the expense of holding treaties with the Miami and Potawatami tribes of Indians, and any other tribes claiming lands in the state of Indiana.
