Chap. XLI.—An Act making further appropriations for compensation and mileage to the members of the Senate and House of Representatives.
Compensation and mileage granted by law to the members of the Senate and House of Representatives, &c.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the sum of one hundred and fifty thousand dollars be, and the same is hereby, appropriated, for the compensation and mileage, granted by law to the members of the Senate and House of Representatives, and delegates of the territories; and that the same be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
