37th section of act of 1st March, 1823, ch. 21, repealed.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, the thirty-seventh section of the act passed on the first of March, one thousand eight hundred and twenty-three, entitled “An act supplementary to, and to amend an act, entitled ‘An act to regulate the collection of duties on imports and tonnage,’ passed the second of March, one thousand seven hundred and ninety-nine, and for other purposes,” be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
