Chap. CXV.An Act in relation to the banks in the District of Columbia.

Banks in the District of Columbia in calculating their discount to be guided, &c.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That it shall be, and is hereby, declared to be lawful for the several banks of the District of Columbia, in calculating their discount or interest, to charge according to the standard and rates set forth in “Rowlett’s Tables,” and in computing the time which a note may have to run, to reckon the days inclusively.
