V. Resolution to suspend proceedings against the corporation of the house of refuge in New York.

Proceedings to be suspended, &c.Resolved, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and is hereby, directed to suspend all proceedings for the collection of a debt due to the United States from the society or corporation of the house of refuge in the state of New York, until the end of the next session of Congress.
