Chap. XXXIV.—An Act to change the place of holding the district court of the United States for the district of Mississippi.
Court to be held at Jackson.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the district court of the United States for the district of Mississippi, now held at Natchez, shall hereafter be held at the town of Jackson, in the state of Mississippi, at the times now prescribed by law for the holding of said court.
