Chap. XXXVI.—An Act to change the times of holding the district courts of the United States for the western district of Virginia, held at Clarksburg.[1]
Court to be held on the first Mondays of June and November.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That from and after the second of August next, the sessions of the district court of the United States for the western district of Virginia, required by law to be holden at Clarksburg, shall be held on the first Mondays of June and November annually.
