Chap. XCVII.—An Act repealing the fourteenth section of the “An act to incorporate the subscribers to the Bank of the United States,” approved, April tenth, eighteen hundred and sixteen.[1]
Fourteenth section repealed.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the fourteenth section of the act entitled “An act to incorporate the subscribers to the Bank of the United States,” approved April tenth, eighteen hundred and sixteen, shall be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
