No. 1. Resolution authorizing the President to furnish rations to certain inhabitants of Florida.

Rations from the public stores to be delivered, &c.Be it Resolved, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the President of the United States be authorized to cause rations to be delivered from the public stores to the unfortunate sufferers, who are unable to provide for themselves, and who have been driven from their homes by Indian depredations in Florida, until they can [be] re-established in their possessions, or so long as the President shall consider it necessary.
