Chap. LII.An Act to provide for the expenses of making an exploration and survey of that part of the Northeastern boundary line of the United States which separates the States of Maine and New Hampshire from the British Provinces.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,Appropriation for survey. That the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars be, and the same is hereby, appropriated, to be paid out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to enable the President of the United States to cause to be made an exploration and survey of that part of the Northeastern boundary line of the United States (and the adjacent country) which separates the States of Maine and New Hampshire from the British Provinces.
