Chap. XL.An Act to abolish the port of delivery and the office of Surveyor of the Customs at Currituck Inlet in North Carolina.

The port and office abolished, and laws in conflict with this act repealed.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the port of delivery and the office of Surveyor of the Customs at Currituck Inlet in North Carolina be, and the same are hereby abolished, and that all laws in conflict with this act be, and the same are hereby repealed.
