Chap. XIX.—An Act authorizing the transmission of letters and packets to and from Mrs. Harrison, free of postage.
Franking privilege granted to Mrs. Harrison.
Act of March 3, 1843, ch. 43, sec. 23.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That all letters and packets, carried by post to and from Mrs. Harrison, relict of late William Henry Harrison, be conveyed free of postage during her natural life.
