Chap. XVIII.—An Act to authorize the transfer of the names of pensioners from the agencies in the State of Kentucky to the agency in Cincinnati in the State of Ohio.

On application of any pensioners resident in Kentucky, their names to be transferred to agency in Cincinnati.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby authorized to direct the names of any pensioners, resident in the State of Kentucky, to be transferred, on the application of such pensioner, from the agencies in the State of Kentucky, to the agency in Cincinnati, in the State of Ohio.
