Act of March 3, 1843, repealed.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the act entitled “An act directing the survey of the northern line of the reservation for the half-breeds of the Sac and Fox tribes of Indians, by the treaty of August, one thousand eight hundred and twenty-four,” be, and the same is hereby repealed.
Norhtern line run by J. S. Sprigg to be northern boundary of reservation.Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the northern line of said reservation, as run and marked by Jennifer S. Sprigg, in the years one thousand eight hundred and thirty-two and one thousand eight hundred and thirty-three, under contract with William Clark, superintendent of Indian affairs, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved, and established, as the correct northern boundary of said reservation.
