Chap. XXII.—An Act for the relief of Tristram Hussey.
Certain duties to be refunded.Be it enacted, &c., That there be refunded and paid to Tristram Hussey, out of any money in the treasury, not otherwise appropriated, the sum of three hundred and ninety-five dollars and forty cents, it being the amount of duties paid by the said Tristram Hussey, to the collector of New York, on thirty-five casks of spermaceti oil, sent to New York in American vessels from the Cape de Verd islands by the said Tristram Hussey, in the years one thousand eight hundred and one, and one thousand eight hundred and two: Provided, That the same has not been exported with benefit of drawback.
