Chap. XCIV.—An Act for the relief of Ninian Pinkney.
Allowance to him.Be it enacted, &c., That the secretary of war be, and he is hereby, directed to allow to Ninian Pinkney, a captain in the army of the United States, in the settlement of his account, the sum of seven hundred and forty-three dollars and sixty cents, for services rendered as brigade inspector, from the twentieth of August, one thousand eight hundred and eight, to the thirty-first of May, one thousand eight hundred and ten.
