Chap. LX.—An Act for the relief of John James Dufour and his associates.
Five years allowed to pay money due for a tract of land.
1802, ch. 42.Be it enacted, &c., That the further time of five years be, and the same hereby is allowed to John James Dufour and his associates, to pay the money due the United States for a tract of land appropriated by virtue of an act of Congress, entitled “An act to empower John James Dufour and his associates to purchase certain lands,” approved the first day of May, one thousand eight hundred and two, on the same terms, conditions, and limitations specified in the above recited act.
