Act of April 8, 1812, ch. 52.Be it enacted, &c., That nothing in the act to which this [is] a supplement shall be so construed as to prevent the accounting officers of the treasury department from inspecting and revising the account of Thomas Wilson as settled by the accountant of the department of war.
