Chap. VI.—An Act granting Moses Hook the right of pre-emption.
Right of pre-emption granted to him.Be it enacted, &c., That Moses Hook, of the Mississippi territory, shall have the right of pre-emption to three hundred acres of land, including his improvements, and designated on the plat or map of the township as number fourteen: Provided, The said Moses hook enter the said tract of land with register of the land office for the land district west of Pearl river, and make the first payment for the same within six months from the passage of this act, and complete his payments as prescribed by law.
