Chap. XXXVI.—An Act for the relief of John T. Wirt.
Claim to be settled, &c.Be it enacted, &c., That the proper accounting officers of the war department be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to settle the claim of John T. Wirt, assistant deputy quartermaster-general, and to allow him, in the settlement thereof, such credits as may be equitable and just.
