Chap. LXXXIII.—An Act for the relief of Ephraim Shaler.

Account to be settled, &c.Be it enacted, &c., That the proper accounting officers of the war department be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to audit and settle the accounts of Ephraim Shaler, late a lieutenant in the army of the United States, and to allow him, in the settlement thereof, such credits as may be equitable and just.
