From Wikisource

Hi! I'm an administrator on English Wikisource (en.wikisource.org). I don't know if you've been contacted by us before, but I just wanted to touch base with you about a couple of things.

First of all, your website is fantastic! Thank you for the time and effort you have put into collecting and hosting all these national anthems.

On Wikisource we also collect texts like these, and we'd love to be able to host the English versions/translations of as many anthems as possible. Which leads me to two questions:

1. On Wikisource, we need to identify the original authors and translators of the work, and determine the correct licensing for each text. Your website usually identifies the original authors, but does not identify the translators. Are you yourselves the translators, unless otherwise stated? If so, I can list the translator as "nationalanthems.info" and the license as CC-BY. If not, can we get the names (or pseudonymns) of the translators? and are the translations also CC-BY with attribution to the translators themselves?

2. Would you be interested in collaborating with our site, so that we can make use of each other's resources and improve the Internet's collection of national anthems? Our preferred method is to validate texts against existing publications, so we can be a source for copyediting as well. Our existing English-language collection is at https://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Portal:National_anthems

I look forward to hearing back from you!
