How it works

1) Transcribe

All pages prefixed with "Page:" display wiki-editable page text side-by-side with individual page images, and allowing transcription of the original text.

2) Index

Each document has an index page, prefixed with "Index:", displaying all the pages of a text together along with bibliographic information.

3) Content

The "main namespace" (no prefix) displays the text of the transcribed pages together, arranged for reading. A link at left provides access to each page's side-by-side image and text.
