Welcome

Hello, and welcome to Wikisource! Thank you for your contributions, such as the one you made to Constitutional Charter of Serbia and Montenegro. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

Please consider putting a brief description of yourself on your user page. If you are already a contributor to another Wikimedia project, such as Wikipedia, please mention this on your user page so we know how to contact you. Also, mention which languages you understand if English is not your first language.

In any case, I hope you enjoy donating your time to grow the Wikisource library that is free for everyone to use! In discussions, please "sign" your comments using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your IP address (or username if you're logged in) and the date. If you need help, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question here (click edit) and place {{helpme}} before your question.

Again, welcome! John Vandenberg 09:50, 29 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

I have tagged it with "{{no license}}" - this doesnt mean it will be deleted, it just means we need to figure out why it is public domain. If you know of the copyright laws of these jurisdictions, we would love your help with this task. Here are two examples: {{PD-USGov}} and {{PD-INGov}}. Some Vandal deleted Belgrade flagicon template

Dear friend, I have seen that you were original creator of Belgrade flagicon template which is one of templates that I was planning to include in one of my pages. However I noticed that it was deleted and since I am beginner wikipedian I was not able to uphold this decision since person who deleted it listed many pseudo legal arguments which I don`t know how to counter. Please let`s try to do something and restore Belgrade flagicon template. Regards, Kostun (talk)
