Chances are, you have a favourite subject we don't cover very well...here's how to change that!
So, your favourite author or subject isn't very well represented on the project? Well as long as you make sure the texts fit the standards of Public Domain, you can add them yourself! (Like all rules, those are basic guidelines, if you want to play with exceptions to the rule, just ask any of the administrators for help) If the text doesn't already exist, just enter its name below and it will pre-load an editing page for you to set to work! Be sure to add {{no header}} to the top of the page, and then include categories so people can find it. |
<poem> tag in Ulysses
[edit]Hi. Could you explain why you use the <poem> tag in Ulysses (1922)? I can't find any help page explaining this usage, and it's not clear to me why it would be used this way. Curly Turkey (talk) 07:52, 16 July 2012 (UTC)
- It was the only way I could find of getting the page layout to match the 1922 text. I welcome any suggestions that would improve my contributions. Eroica (talk) 11:48, 17 July 2012 (UTC)
- Is there some reason the layout has to match? I didn't realize that was important. Curly Turkey (talk) 01:52, 18 July 2012 (UTC)
- No, usually it is of no importance, but I felt that the 1922 edition of Ulysses was a special case on account of its historical significance and all the difficulties involved in its publication. Eroica (talk) 13:21, 18 July 2012 (UTC)
