[edit]Hi, here are a few recent changes that need review. [1] [2] [3] John Vandenberg (chat) 01:23, 26 February 2008 (UTC)
Metamorphoses
[edit]Thanks for fixing Metamorphoses/Book XV. Does your edition have any other footnotes, or a preface? It would be good to incorporate these into our digitised edition. John Vandenberg (chat) 22:22, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
I am not sure that this change is correct. The translation found on Baucis and Philemon (Wikisource) is a literal translation, and has been created by the hands of Wikisource contributors. It differs substantially from the text at Metamorphoses/Book_VIII#The_Story_of_Baucis_and_Philemon, which you are saying is by Dryden. I have marked that story as being translated by Dryden; is that correct? John Vandenberg (chat) 21:34, 1 April 2008 (UTC)
