Test edits to Hoyt's New Cyclopedia Of Practical Quotations
Hi Inductiveload,
I added a horizontal rule and three-column formatting with vertical rule separation to two pages near the beginning of this work. I haven't done a lot of Wikisource editing, so I wanted to know if this was considered a useful improvement or not before I continued with additional pages. It has the advantage of making an extremely long single-column page more compact, but it may not scale well for users with mobile devices; I'm not sure. Also, although the column breaks are inserted in the same places as in the original source, the three columns are not vertically justified, although the source page image is. The two pages affected are xvi and xvii
