[edit]Dutch Reformed Churches Union Act, 1911
[edit]I can, if you like, get a clearer scanned copy, in TIFF format, of the Dutch Reformed Churches Union Act, 1911. Would this be useful? - Htonl (talk) 18:28, 10 August 2010 (UTC)
- Yes, please. The more the merrier. Even better, if you can have it transcribed or optical-character-recognized in both English and “Hollands”. – Kaihsu (talk) 21:25, 11 August 2010 (UTC)
- I can OCR it, although I don't know how effective the OCR will be for the Dutch text - my OCR software does have Dutch support, but I don't know how good it is. I'll probably upload it this evening. - Htonl (talk) 08:02, 12 August 2010 (UTC)
- Well, I've scanned and transcribed in English the act (and the repeal act). The DjVu files do include OCR of the Dutch text as well, but of course that would have be transcribed at the Dutch Wikisource. - Htonl (talk) 06:56, 13 August 2010 (UTC)

Thanks for your sterling work. If you look around in my contributions, you might find other loose ends to tie up. Again, many thanks. – Kaihsu (talk) 13:44, 13 August 2010 (UTC)
- It's a pleasure! Most of my work here is on South African laws, so I'm happy to track down and transcribe any particular laws that people would like to have on Wikisource. - Htonl (talk) 14:40, 13 August 2010 (UTC)
I have uploaded images for the Internal Security Act, 1982 from the Gazette for a start. I suppose the constitutional laws for the Union of South Africa from the 1910s would also be of interest? But of course, there is no rush: just do what you would like to do. – Kaihsu (talk) 15:09, 13 August 2010 (UTC)
Moving works to your user space.
[edit]There are a number of works that you have been doing minor edits the last couple of days, that when looked at are really not of suitable quality for our main namespace. Accordingly I have moved them to your user namespace so you continue to work on them at your own leisure. We can move them back to main namespace when they are suitably improved. — billinghurst sDrewth 00:15, 27 January 2011 (UTC)
Cabinet Manual
[edit]Re Cabinet Manual:
Why haven't you uploaded the PDF and used it as a transcription source? That way if the link changes (eg. "link rot"), the source PDF will be preserved? Mukkakukaku (talk) 17:51, 12 August 2016 (UTC)
- Actually I've got concerns about the copyright status of this work that I've raised over here: Wikisource:Copyright discussions#Cabinet Manual. You shouldn't upload the PDF until that is resolved. Best, Mukkakukaku (talk) 17:58, 12 August 2016 (UTC)
Removed work from "new texts"
[edit]Hi. I do not think that there has been sufficient work undertaken on British Indian Ocean Territory Constitution Order 2004 for it to be considered ready to be linked from the main page. Accordingly I have removed it until it has more work done. We need to fix the formatting of the text, and protecting page ends from blending. — billinghurst sDrewth 05:57, 14 November 2016 (UTC)
Moving Index and Page pages
[edit]Hi! I have cleaned up the redirects for your move of that index. In general, please do not do these moves yourself, as an admin will be needed to delete the redirects in any case. You can continue proofreading at the old name until the file is renamed, and someone will happily move the index and all pages for you. It also saves you time (not much for a 2-page index), but moving 200 pages by hand would get boring really fast! Let me know if I have missed anything!
