Hi, I'm afraid it's likely that Years of fear will have to be deleted. See here for what kind of works we don't accept at Wikisource. I'm not terribly experienced here myself, but my understanding is that Wikisource is for works that had previously been published. There are a few exceptions — for example, I believe our own members work on their own translations of previously-published foreign works, which they then release under a free licence — but Years of fear is unlikely to be one of those exceptions. What I've been doing since arriving here (in addition to tidying the format of existing pages) is finding works by famous or relatively famous authors who died over a hundred years ago, and copy-pasting them from other websites to this one.
