Shah Nameh bot error

[edit]

We are doing a massive migration from "header" to "header2", and the bot was running automated at that stage, back in November.

As you have said, this was caused by having a specialised {{Header-SN}}. I am sorry this occurred; we will need to document headers better to ensure it doesnt happen again.

With the exception of only a few extremely large works like EB1911, Wikisource pages usually stick to the standard header. From a quick look, I dont think that this work needs its own header, but if you want to keep using {{Header-SN}}, that is fine. Either way, I think we need to create a documentation page Help:Header or Wikisource:Header to list all of the specialised headers.

As an aside, I have updated that template to use the new "translator" field; the formatting is not as pretty, but it is easier syntax. If you dont like it, feel free to roll it back or adjust it to your taste. John Vandenberg (chat) 23:51, 29 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
