Augustus Moore, M.A., St. John Baptist Vicarage, Spalding. Educ.: Linlithgow Burgh School, N.B.; St. Andrew's University. Barrister-at-law, Middle Temple. Entered H. M. Consulate Service in Siam as student interpreter, 1888; assistant, 1893; first assistant, 1896; Vice-Consul, Bangkok, 1897; has been acting Consul and Judge of Consular Court, Bangkok; resigned Consular Service, 1902; has been Judicial Adviser to Siamese Government since 1902 to date.
