PEDLEY, Rev. Hilton (MAEBASHI), Missionary and Minister; b. June 14, 1862; m. Martha Johnson Clark. Educ.: Ontario Public Schools; McGill University, Montreal (gold medallist). After graduating came to Japan as a missionary in 1889. was stationed at Nugata for 11 years and subsequently at Maebashi; in 1897-98 was a graduate student at Yale University.
