• Categorise articles
• Sort out Author redlinks (see each volume's Table of Contents)
• Sort out authors with initialisms and honorifics (see Category:Contributors to Transactions and Proceedings of the New Zealand Institute)
• Add links to proofread obituaries to the Works about section on the Author page
• Clean up images from 1888 ff and upload to Commons using the year categories in c:Category:Transactions and proceedings of the New Zealand Institute
• Proofread and validate Tables of Contents volumes 31 ff
• Validate Tables of Contents volumes 1 to 30
• Proofread and validate appendix in each volume
• Transclude proofread appendices (use Volume 15 as a model)
• Proofread Proceedings in each volume (use Volume 15 as a model)
• Transclude proofread Proceedings (use Volume 15 as a model)
• Proofread and validate the two Index files—including linking all the cross-references
• Maintain Portal:Royal Society of New Zealand
• Create cross-reference templates for internal links
• Create link templates for use on other works
• Add new volumes as they come out of US copyright (as djvu files for consistency). Preferably find scans that aren't on Papers Past due to the licencing issues
• Delete unneeded files on Commons (pdf duplicates and uncleaned up images)
