List full names and dates

I think a format displaying the full name would be more readable:

• Aardvark

  Encyclopedia Britannica (1911)

  The New Student's Reference Work (1914)

• Aaron

  Encyclopedia Britannica (1911)

  Catholic Encyclopedia (1913)

  The New Student's Reference Work (1914)
