Change to conform with standards
[edit]Changes that should be made to match conventions:
- Move all journal pages to Diary of Samuel Pepys/Year/Month.
- Put the note included on all journal pages in the "notes" part of the header of Diary of Samuel Pepys.
- Move the title page to its own page.
- Move the table of contents out of the header on Diary of Samuel Pepys.
- No need for notes on each page if the main page is linked. Thus, change header on journal pages to:

I'd be happy to help with the transition, but thought I'd mention it here first since there's a dedicated project and the work isn't complete yet. --Spangineerwp (háblame) 15:10, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks, I'm hoping to do some work on this in the near future, and shall make the changes required. GregRobson 20:25, 29 July 2006 (UTC)
- I used w:WP:AWB and finished off the rest of the journal entries (assuming that there aren't any more beyond 1665). --Spangineerwp (háblame) 01:29, 1 August 2006 (UTC)
- Is there any particular reason that the "notes" parameters were blanked? I'm not sure the contents in those were supposed to be moved, but I might be wrong.—Zhaladshar (Talk) 01:53, 1 August 2006 (UTC)
- They were all identical, and the content is on Diary of Samuel Pepys. I've not seen any examples of works where the exact same set of notes is copied throughout, so I figured I would continue with that convention. Was that a mistake? --Spangineerwp (háblame) 02:50, 1 August 2006 (UTC)
- No, not at all. I just wanted to make sure that they were somewhere. They seemed more like editorial notes which the reader should know if he were going to read the diary. But since they are somewhere noticeable, that is fine.—Zhaladshar (Talk) 13:06, 1 August 2006 (UTC)
