[edit]Google shows that a person of this name is noted in Alumni Dublinenses [1] in 1831 and this would align with. c.1814, and which aligns with publishing in 1839. @Londonjackbooks: do you have access to HathiTrust to see if you can access p.764 (approx.) of the work for a transciption here?
