The only information we have on this person at the moment is the following:

• He drew the cartoon on this page (Punch, Mar. 10, 1915, p. 195)
• The cartoon is signed "Duncan Campbell, 1915" (this is obscured by the DJVU compression, but can be seen here)
• The Index to that volume of Punch (here) lists him as "Campbell, Capt. D.", indicating that he was a captain.

The most likely person I have found to match this information is Capt. Duncan Campbell (1880-1915), but unfortunately the name is so common that he's not even the only Duncan Campbell I have found with the rank of Captain. —Beleg Tâl (talk) 00:38, 10 September 2024 (UTC)
