Registers of Wadham College [1]:

Hatley. William Hatley. M. St. John's 13 Nov. 1650 (pleb.). B.A. (St. John's) 4 July, 1651. M.A. 1 May, 1654. He submitted to the Visitors 5 May, 1648, when his name appears among the members of Trinity College.

A Biographical Register of St. John's College [2] additionally notes that he may be the son of William Hatley who attended Trinity College in 1615 (q.v. in Al. Oxon.), that he "wrote verses celebrating Cromwell's peace with the Dutch 1654", and that he "ceased to be accounted a Fellow after TT 1655".
