[edit]- @Beleg Tâl: Should be enough to fill the WD components. I am wondering of the source of the middle names. I am not seeing it in the records, and for a low end gentry family, middle names were not common in that period in England, and where they exist it is more usually due to the father marrying the female inheritor and keeping sweet with the old family name of the wife. — billinghurst sDrewth 22:13, 14 April 2020 (UTC)

- thanks Beleg Tâl those assignations by semanticscholar.org look unsupported by citation. — billinghurst sDrewth 22:18, 15 April 2020 (UTC)
- I have emailed them asking them to check their assignation names and that there is a factual basis for that assignation. — billinghurst sDrewth 22:27, 15 April 2020 (UTC)
- @Beleg Tâl: They have amended in their system to simply "William Latham" after having this identified to them, though not certain whether I presented a brilliant case, or it is a cursory change for something that was unknown to them. — billinghurst sDrewth 10:55, 22 April 2020 (UTC)
