Kragtens die bevoegdheid my verleen by artikel 15 (1) van die Wet op Outeursreg, 1984 (Wet 52 van 1984), verklaar ek hierby dat genoemde Wet met die uitsondering van artikel 7 by publikasie hiervan in werking tree.

Gegee onder my Hand en die Seël van die Republiek van Suid-Afrika te Pretoria, op hede die Een-en-twintigste dag van Mei Eenduisend Negehonderd Vier-en-tagtig.

WYSIGING VAN PROKLAMASIE 3 VAN 1972, INGEVOLGE WAARVAN DIE BEPALINGS VAN DIE WET OP HUURBEHEER, 1976, VAN TOEPASSING IS TEN OPSIGTE VAN SEKERE BESIGHEIDSPERSELE

Kragtens artikel 52 (1) van die Wet op Huurbeheer, 1976 (Wet 80 van 1976), wysig ek hierby Proklamasie 3 van 1972 deur paragraaf (b) van die Bylae daarvan in te trek.

Gegee onder my Hand en die Seël van die Republiek van Suid-Afrika te Pretoria, op hede die Sewentiende dag van Mei Eenduisend Negehonderd Vier-en-tagtig.

(1) Beginning at the south-eastern beacon of Erf 288, Kareedouw; thence south-eastwards in a straight line to the southernmost beacon of Farm 268, Administrative District of Humansdorp; thence south-eastwards along the north-eastern, south-eastern and south-western boundary of Erf 155 to Beacon Skik B (Survey Record E2177/83); thence north-eastwards in a straight line to the said south-eastern beacon of Erf 288, the point of beginning.

COLOURED GROUP

(2) Beginning at the northernmost beacon of Erf 208, Kareedouw; thence north-westwards in a straight line to point 1 (Survey Record E2177/83) on the south-eastern boundary of the main road to Humansdorp; thence north-eastwards along the said south-eastern boundary of the main road to Beacon A in the said Survey Record; thence south-westwards along the boundaries of the following farms so as to exclude them from this area: Portion 46 of the farm Melkhoute Kraal 254 and Portion 3 of the farm Assegaai Bosch 386, to the point where the south-eastern boundary of the said Portion 3 is intersected by the middle of the Assegaai Bosch Kloof Stroom; thence generally southwards along the said middle of the Assegaai Bosch Kloof Stroom to the point where it is intersected by the north-eastern boundary of Erf 155; thence north-westwards along the boundaries of the following properties so as to exclude them from this area: The said Erf 155, Erven 252, 251 and 287, Uitkyk Township (TP 7120), to the westernmost beacon of the last-mentioned township; thence westwards in a straight line to Beacon E on the diagram of Erf 238; thence north-eastwards along the boundaries of the said Erven 238 and 208, so as to exclude them from this area, to the northernmost beacon of the last-mentioned Erf 208, the point of beginning.

COMMENCEMENT OF THE COPYRIGHT AMENDMENT ACT, 1984

Under and by virtue of the powers vested in me by section 15 (1) of the Copyright Amendment Act, 1984 (Act 52 of 1984), I hereby declare that the said Act with the exception of section 7 shall come into operation on publication hereof.

AMENDMENT OF PROCLAMATION 3 OF 1972, IN TERMS OF WHICH THE PROVISIONS OF THE RENT CONTROL ACT, 1976, ARE APPLICABLE TO CERTAIN BUSINESS PREMISES

Under section 52 (1) of the Rent Control Act, 1976 (Act 80 of 1976), I hereby amend Proclamation 3 of 1972 by the withdrawal of paragraph (b) of the Schedule thereto.
