Executive Order 1011
The Executive Order, dated May 28, 1908 (No. 803) placing the military reservation of Fort Keogh, Montana, under the control of the Secretary of the Interior for disposition as provided for by act of July 5, 1884 (23 Stat. L., 103) or as may be otherwise provided by law, is hereby vacated, and the lands included in said military reservation, which was declared by Executive Order, dated March 14, 1878 (G. O., No. 7, Department of Dakota, March 22, 1878) and reduced by act of Congress, approved July 30, 1890 (26 Stat. L., 292) are hereby placed under the control of the War Department for military purposes.
