The edition given here is the 1908 "Golden Treasury Series" printing, which includes an Introduction by Morshead that was not included in the 1st edition. The half-title page gives the shorter title Four Plays of Aeschylus, although the title page itself gives the title as The Suppliant Maidens, The Persians, The Seven against Thebes, The Prometheus Bound of Aeschylus.

Morshead's translation of The Suppliant Maidens was first published in the UK in 1883 by Kegan Paul, Trench & Co.
