I cannot send squadron to Barrhaven as we have squadron off Portugal and another visiting East Coast South America - Atlantic Patrol from Nova Scotia to Trinidad is in my judgment important as it continues to provide wide safety zone. Furthermore I think you will agree that maintenance main fleet in Hawaii is vital.
