Prepositions.

450. The following list contains the simple prepositions in use in modern Irish:—

i, a, in, (ann) in.	go, to (motion).
ag, (aig), at.	roiṁ, before.
ar, (air), on.	idir, between.
as, out of.	le, with.
dar, by (in swearing).	ó, from.
de, off, from.	ṫar,	$\scriptstyle {\left.{\begin{matrix}\ \\\ \end{matrix}}\right\}\,}$	over, across.
do, to.	tar,
fé, faoi, fó, fá, under.	tré, tríd, through.
gan, without.	um, im, concerning, about.
