Beef Company Sued

Wesley Sanford of Jersey City has brought a suit in the Circuit Court to recover $5,000 damages from Swift & Company, dealers in dressed beef. The damages are claimed for alleged injuries received by one of the defendant's trucks colliding with one Sanford was driving and throwing him violently to the pavement on June 21, 1904.
