[edit]It's my understanding that the standard transcription for ayin is ʿ and not ', but this book probably predates that convention and I'm pretty sure it's just using ‘ which we are replacing with ' per WS:MOS. —Beleg Tâl (talk) 02:27, 30 January 2019 (UTC)
