Multicol

Some notes regarding multicol:

• Use {{multicol-section}} between aligned paragraphs or stanzas. Don't use it for aligned line-breaks because it adds a big space between lines.
• For page breaks, copy the whole Latin paragraph onto the first page, and let the page break occur in the English part.

Header styles

• Major header {{larger|{{red|{{bl|Major header}}}}}} starts a section that gets its own subpage, see Page:Manualofprayersf00cath.djvu/32
  • But not always a new subpage, e.g. Page:Manualofprayersf00cath.djvu/29 - but maybe should be restructured so that it does get its own subpage
• Major subsections {{sc|{{red|Major subsections}}}} are within a single subpage. Not always red, not always small-caps, see Page:Manualofprayersf00cath.djvu/70
• Minor subsections {{red|''Minor subsections''}} also within a single subpage
